RightView provides a fully managed deployment service. We handle the architectural setup, cloud configuration, and domain mapping. While the client retains full ownership of their **Domain Name**, the operational infrastructure is managed exclusively by our engineering team.
Non-Transferable Source Code:
All underlying source code, proprietary algorithms, database schemas, and architectural logic developed by RightView remain the **exclusive intellectual property of RightView**.
Clients are granted a **Non-Exclusive Usage License** to operate their business on the deployed platform. RightView **does not provide, sell, or transfer the raw source code** or local files to the client under any circumstances. This ensures the security, integrity, and continuous optimization of our proprietary engines.
To maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee, all projects must be hosted on RightView-approved cloud environments. Third-party access to the source code or server back-end is restricted to prevent unauthorized modifications that may compromise system stability.
In the event of contract termination, the client retains ownership of their domain and any user-generated data (exported via CSV/JSON). However, the application interface and functional code will be decommissioned and remain with RightView.
